At Teamtailor AB, a leading Employer Branding and Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) SaaS platform, we are seeking a skilled Team Manager to lead our North Europe Customer Success Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the team's daily activities to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Establish and achieve goals for your team and its members, aligning with department-wide objectives.
  • Monitor and follow up on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with your team, individuals, and overall, in collaboration with the Head of Customer Success.
  • Lead and delegate projects, coach team members, and provide guidance to help them excel.
  • Support team members with customer and internal cases.
  • Play a crucial role in developing the North Europe markets, driving success for both customers and Teamtailor.
  • Contribute to maintaining strong collaboration with all departments within Teamtailor.
  • Take initiatives to enhance the performance and development of your team members, as well as projects to improve the Customer Success department.

You're a natural leader with a passion for helping others succeed. You have experience in Customer Success or related fields, a track record of setting and achieving goals, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

  • Experience in SaaS, HR/Recruitment, or Customer Success.
  • Proven experience in leading teams.
  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Engaged, creative, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to learn and explore new ideas.
  • Fluency in English.
