Job Responsibilities
* Partner with customers to understand their business needs and technical challenges
* Provide architectural and operational guidance to ensure optimal use of AWS services
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success
* Develop and execute strategies to drive customer adoption and use of AWS services

Requirements
* 5+ years of technical engineering experience
* Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for two or more of the following: compute/storage/networking/CDN/databases/DevOps/big data and analytics/security/applications development in a distributed systems environment
* Bachelor's degree
