Manager, Loyalty Specialist Sales, Services Business Development (Swedish speaking)

We are seeking a dynamic issuer business development professional to identify loyalty sales opportunities among financial institutions in Northern European division.

This role will focus on creating compelling propositions for clients using our diverse range of loyalty solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate with solution architects to sell complex loyalty platforms and programs.

  • Sell loyalty solutions and services to financial institutions in the Northern European region.
  • Assist banks in redefining their loyalty strategies to achieve better business results by transitioning to a Mastercard loyalty solution.
  • Develop persuasive sales narratives, technical solutions, and client loyalty/commercial loyalty models.

All About You

  • Undergraduate degree required; MBA or relevant post graduate degree recommended.
  • You have hands-on experience in Platform / SaaS sales or/ and sales in the financial services industry.
  • You have the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing – in English and in Swedish.
