Senior Business Development Manager for Loyalty Solutions

We are looking for an ambitious sales expert with high energy to specialize in creating compelling propositions for clients using our diverse range of loyalty solutions.

This role involves working alongside the broader Mastercard sales and account teams to identify loyalty sales opportunities among financial institutions in Northern European division.

  • Collaborate with solution architects to sell complex loyalty platforms and programs.
  • Sell loyalty solutions and services to financial institutions in the Northern European region.
  • Support markets objectives by tailoring and deploying solutions on a market wide basis when possible.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent relationship management skills, presentation skills, a good level of financial and technical acumen.
  • Experience in loyalty and loyalty program management is preferred.
  • Consultative sales approach is a must.
