This role offers an opportunity to contribute to creating an exceptional product and company.

About the Position

You will play a central role in expanding our presence in the Norwegian market.

As a Sales & Business Developer, you will develop our business by interacting with CEOs/CFOs, working on different projects to support our launch and expansion in Norway.

The role offers an environment where we commit to supporting your success.

Your Responsibilities
  • Complete the business development cycle, including prospecting/cold calls, discovery, presentation, proposal creation, contract negotiation, and relationship development.
  • Seek new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to set up meetings in the Norwegian market.
  • Secure appointments with mid-level and C-Level execs and conduct a well-defined, consultative sales process.
  • Take ownership as a Mynt ambassador and represent Mynt in the Norwegian market.

Requirements
  • Proven B2B sales experience, specifically within the Norwegian market.
  • Strong customer orientation and successful negotiation skills.
  • Results-driven closer to win business at C-Level.
  • Experience from a startup environment and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills in written and verbal communication.
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English.
