We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Director to drive business growth in the Nordics and lead our proposal development efforts. As a key member of our Growth team, you will play a crucial role in developing high-quality proposals that meet client needs and organisational goals.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement business growth strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion in the Nordics.
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop high-quality proposals, ensuring compliance with client requirements and adherence to organisational standards.
- Analyse client needs and tailor proposals to meet their unique challenges and objectives.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, technical experts, and legal teams.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and implement effective business growth strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling presentations and proposals.
- Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines, without compromising the quality and accuracy of deliverables.
- Familiarity with public and private procurement frameworks, particularly in the European market, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and standards.
