Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion in the Nordics.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop high-quality proposals, ensuring compliance with client requirements and adherence to organisational standards.
  • Analyse client needs and tailor proposals to meet their unique challenges and objectives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, technical experts, and legal teams.
Requirements
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and implement effective business growth strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling presentations and proposals.
  • Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines, without compromising the quality and accuracy of deliverables.
  • Familiarity with public and private procurement frameworks, particularly in the European market, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and standards.
