Tesla, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to lead our growth in the EV market in Sweden.

About the Role

As the Enterprise Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a growth-focused sales strategy that aligns with Tesla's business objectives.

You will lead a dynamic team responsible for driving sales across SMEs, Large Corporations, and Operational Leasing companies in Sweden.

Main Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales objectives by developing and executing a growth-focused sales strategy.
  • Maximize business opportunities by driving repeat business, pursuing bulk deals, and leveraging leasing company relationships.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team by guiding ongoing performance development and leading by example.
  • Manage corporate sales plans and brand standards by maintaining product knowledge, utilizing CRM systems, and promoting innovation and learning.
  • Champion excellence and continuous improvement by ensuring Tesla brand standards, promoting best practices, and utilizing Tesla's CRM system for accurate reports.

To succeed in this role, you will require significant managerial experience in B2B or commercial sales with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets and goals.
