Business Development Manager

We're looking for a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team as an Enterprise Account Director. In this role, you'll lead a high-performing sales team to drive growth and engagement with our customers in the Staffing/Recruitment industry.

Key responsibilities include building relationships with customers, driving customer growth, researching customer's business, asking layered questions, and shifting communication style and content to fit the needs of different stakeholders.

A successful candidate will have 5+ years of applicable closing sales experience, fluency in Swedish and English, and preferred qualifications such as fluency in Finnish, Norwegian, and/or Danish, and experience selling to the Staffing Sector.
