We're seeking a talented Growth and Engagement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing growth marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversion.
- Owning and managing the company website, including content updates, design improvements, and SEO optimization.
- Collaborating with designers and developers to implement website changes and track performance metrics.
- Email marketing: developing and executing email campaigns to nurture leads, drive conversions, and improve customer retention.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing or a similar role.
- Native or business-level fluency in Swedish and English.
- Experience in fintech/finance/banking/accounting.
- A proven track record of developing and executing successful growth marketing campaigns.
