We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce CRM Expert to join our Digital Customer Engagement team.

As a key member of this team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of digital sales solutions.

Your primary responsibility will be to administer and configure our CRM Salesforce platform (Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds) to meet the needs of our global teams.

Additionally, you will assist in conducting regular training sessions to onboard new users and improve system utilisation, as well as develop and maintain comprehensive user documentation for Commercial Sales Training and Support.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and drive user adoption across the organisation.

Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 1-3 years as a CRM Salesforce Administrator.
  • Certifications: SFDC Administrator certification (Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder).
  • Skills: Strong understanding of CRM best practices, architecture, and functionality.
  • Global Experience: Familiarity with global solutions and organisations.
  • Tech Savvy: Experience with data management tools, ServiceNow, Jira, and agile methods (DevOps, SDLC).
