Customer Loyalty Specialist

You are the key to unlocking a world of possibilities for our valued Centurion members. As a Customer Loyalty Specialist at American Express, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that foster long-term relationships and loyalty.
Our Centurion program is built on a promise of unparalleled service, and as a member of our Engagement Team, you will be instrumental in bringing this promise to life. You will work closely with colleagues across various teams and service units to ensure seamless customer journeys, from welcome calls to benefit registrations and exclusive events.
A passionate advocate for building loyalty and long-term customer relationships, you will tailor welcome meetings, follow-ups, and proactive activities to meet the unique needs of each Card member. Your creativity and fearless approach will enable you to suggest and implement changes to improve both the product and customer experience.

A strong ability to create lasting relationships, both internally and externally, combined with excellent listening skills and an outside-in perspective that prioritizes the customer's needs. You are a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, able to prioritize tasks effectively and utilize multiple platforms and tools simultaneously.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and implement a structured and seamless workflow for the Nordic markets.
- Invite our most valued Card members to the exclusive world of Centurion.
- Tailor welcome meetings, follow-ups, and proactive activities based on customers' needs.
- Stay up-to-date with benefits, such as local and international events, and offers in the Amex Experiences app.
- Support the administration of incoming benefit registrations.
- Suggest and implement changes to improve the product and customer experience.
- Participate in face-to-face events with Card members.
