Hemnet Service HNS AB is seeking a talented Director of Customer Growth to develop and execute a data-driven digital marketing strategy that drives customer growth across all channels.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team and contribute to our mission of creating an open, transparent housing market in Sweden.
You will be responsible for leading the strategic direction and roadmap for all digital marketing activities, including performance marketing, CRM, social media, and product marketing.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing plan that maximizes customer engagement and conversion rates across all channels.

Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across all channels, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable strategies to optimize marketing performance and ROI.
Drive innovation and experimentation within the digital marketing function, exploring new technologies, channels, and approaches to stay ahead of the curve and maintain a competitive advantage.
Build and lead a high-performing, cross-functional team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
Collaborate closely with senior leadership across the organisation, providing strategic input and guidance on key business decisions and initiatives.
Minimum 5 years of experience leading and managing high-performing digital marketing teams in a digital environment.
Proven track record of success in leading and managing high-performing digital marketing teams.
Deep understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices across all channels.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and data analytics tools.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership, mentorship, and team-building abilities.
