Customer Service Director

We are seeking a Customer Service Director to join our team at TN Sweden. As the primary point of contact for equipment and spare parts or railway vehicles, you will play a crucial role in building successful and long-term relationships with customers.
Your key responsibilities will include managing the customer portfolio, ensuring profitability expected by Alstom management, following the governance cycle. You will also handle customer inquiries, provide quotations, and ensure deliveries.
To succeed in this role, you should have a degree in Engineering or Business Administration, experience or understanding of industry roles and daily interfacing with external stakeholders such as customers and suppliers. Familiarity with process improvement methodologies is also essential.
You will work alongside innovative, collaborative, and dedicated teammates to coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure material deliveries from different sites within Alstom. Your strong analytical and interpersonal skills, combined with your willingness and drive for continuous improvement, will make you an excellent fit for this position.
