Customer Value Growth

We're seeking a Customer Value Growth professional to join our Customer Success team at RELEX Solutions. As a Solution Strategy Lead, you'll work closely with our Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and customers to deliver measurable value and increase sales pipeline within our existing customer base.
Key Responsibilities:- Value Creation: Identify and develop opportunities to create value for customers and drive growth.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Solution Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaboration: Work closely with multiple internal teams to achieve shared goals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer-facing roles, preferably in retail or CPG. Experience with RELEX solutions or comparable systems is also required.
