Account Growth Manager Position
We are seeking an experienced Account Growth Manager to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK in the Stockholm area. As an Account Growth Manager, you will be responsible for creating and delivering growth-focused plans that drive sales, gross margin, and profit targets across the customer portfolio.
Your primary objective will be to identify opportunities, provide tailored solutions, and develop long-term partnerships with high-potential customers. By engaging directly with customers through both face-to-face and virtual interactions, you will ensure alignment with business objectives and drive inventory management and value-added solutions installations.
To excel in this role, you must have experience of working in a similar position, experience within a multi-channel B2B environment, and MRO, OEM and/or mechanical, electronic product knowledge and industry awareness. You will also need to be fluent in Swedish and communicative in English.
ResponsibilitiesAs an Account Growth Manager at ENGINEERINGUK, you will be responsible for:
- Creating and delivering growth-focused plans that drive sales, gross margin, and profit targets across the customer portfolio.
- Identifying opportunities, providing tailored solutions, and developing long-term partnerships with high-potential customers.
- Engaging directly with customers through both face-to-face and virtual interactions to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Driving inventory management and value-added solutions installations.
