About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious Profitable Account Growth Executive to join our team in Izmir, Turkey. As a key member of our Tork business, you will play a crucial role in driving profitable account growth, managing existing accounts, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Grow and develop profitable accounts within the responsibility area, including distributors and end customers.
  • Manage existing accounts to optimize profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Implement sales plans, customer mix, and volume mix to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Marketing, to execute marketing strategies.
  • Achieve sales targets by building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • University degree in a relevant field, such as Business or Marketing.
  • 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the B2B sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Dynamic, results-driven, and self-motivated.
  • Fluent in English, with no restrictions on travel.
