Pocketlaw is recruiting a results-driven Customer Success Manager to drive business growth, develop client relationships, and contribute to the success of our rapidly expanding customer base. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, driving growth, retention, and satisfaction
- Take ownership of the end-to-end customer journey, from initial onboarding to ongoing engagement and renewal strategy
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth within customer accounts and drive upsells and expansions
- Analyze customer needs and data to proactively recommend solutions and improve their use of Pocketlaw's platform

Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Success, preferably in a SaaS organization
- Demonstrable success in driving retention, reducing churn, and achieving high NPS scores
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in Swedish and English
