Client Engagement Director

Pocketlaw is recruiting a results-driven Customer Success Manager to drive business growth, develop client relationships, and contribute to the success of our rapidly expanding customer base. As part of our dynamic commercial team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills, take ownership of your work, and make a lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, driving growth, retention, and satisfaction
- Take ownership of the end-to-end customer journey, from initial onboarding to ongoing engagement and renewal strategy
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth within customer accounts and drive upsells and expansions
- Analyze customer needs and data to proactively recommend solutions and improve their use of Pocketlaw's platform
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Success, preferably in a SaaS organization
- Demonstrable success in driving retention, reducing churn, and achieving high NPS scores
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in Swedish and English
