We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager to drive business growth across the Nordic region. As an integral member of our team, you will play a crucial role in identifying business opportunities, fostering customer relationships, and driving sales for our Oncology Portfolio.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute commercial action plans to drive sales and after-sales service solutions. You will also identify and qualify customer needs across our full product suite, manage public tenders from initial engagement to contract signing, and build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

In addition to your core responsibilities, you will represent us at congresses and industry events, identifying new business opportunities, provide customer feedback to shape product development and strategy, and monitor and analyze competitor strategies in the market.

To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in a clinical or business-related field, OR equivalent experience in the medical device industry. Knowledge in Radiotherapy, Radiosurgery, or Radiation Oncology workflows is preferred, as well as proven track record in capital medical equipment sales and negotiation.

You will thrive in a hybrid or remote role with significant travel, building strong partnerships with customers, and working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience. Fluency in English and additional Nordic language (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) is required.
