Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Software Sales Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Global Aerospace & Defence team, you will be responsible for leading strategic new sales pursuits and growing existing complex engagements within a named key account set.

About the Role

You will work closely with our Global Aerospace & Defence team to develop relationships within the broader defence supply chain community and nurture existing business partnerships. Your primary focus will be on generating revenue from license and maintenance sales, executing the sales cycle, and selling directly to executive-level decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of a Key Account Strategy
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process from customer engagement to owning the RFI/RFP process
  • Ensure customer satisfaction across IFS service delivery
  • Collaborate with the Global Aerospace & Defence Team to build a strong internal network and secure support into the region

Requirements

  • Proven track record in enterprise sales at C-level with clients >$1B revenue
  • Demonstrated success with large transactions and lengthy sales campaigns in a fast-paced market
  • Sales experience in the defence or government sector
  • Strong knowledge of the Aerospace & Defence Industry
  • Strong oral and written business presentation skills
