Nordic Business Development Manager

TN Sweden offers a wide range of business process automation services and technology solutions to help organizations improve their efficiency and reduce costs. As a Sales and Account Management Specialist, you will be responsible for driving our growth and profitability by acquiring new clients in combination with managing opportunities at existing accounts.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities: actively seeking out and engaging with new prospects to build a robust pipeline of potential clients and convert them into long-term partners.
- Managing relationships: building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
- Providing consultative sales support: working closely with prospects and internal teams to understand customer challenges and objectives, and presenting comprehensive offerings that effectively address these needs and demonstrate clear value propositions aligned with the customer's strategic goals.
