Nordic Business Developer

Cultivating Customer Relationships is at the core of our business strategy at TN Sweden. As a Nordic Business Developer, you will be responsible for driving sales growth with existing and new customers in the region.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Achieving sales quotas for software and services.
- Developing and leading all sales activities for Calabrio products, additional applications, and renewed maintenance within the existing customer base.
- Building a strong sales pipeline of well-qualified revenue opportunities.
- Identifying key stakeholders and building strong relationships with them, fostering trust.
- Effectively managing opportunities through Salesforce.com.
- Exhibiting strategic thinking, initiative, and a high activity level.
- Proven experience in B2B cloud-based software sales.
- Direct sales experience in the WFO/Call Center industry is highly preferred.
- Native or near-native fluency in Swedish and English is required.
- Able to travel primarily in the Nordic countries up to 40%.
