TN Sweden is seeking a Vice President of Nordic Sales and Business Development to lead our sales efforts in the region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow our presence in the Nordic market, leveraging their extensive network of contacts and deep knowledge of the region's financial landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the Nordic market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers at major Nordic institutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and deliver effective solutions to meet client needs.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve regional sales targets.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in sales or business development, with a proven track record of success in the Nordic region.
  • Deep knowledge of the Nordic financial landscape, including regulatory requirements and industry trends.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
