Strategic Business Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to drive our business growth in the Nordics region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion in the Nordics market.
- Lead high-performing teams to achieve business objectives, focusing on quality execution and career development.
- Optimize processes and increase efficiency by controlling relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and managing profit and loss statements for Nordic business units.
- Collaborate closely with the international leadership team to achieve business goals, reporting directly to Senior Vice President level at HQ Berlin.
The ideal candidate will have economically-focused studies from a top international university and relevant experience in management consultancy and/or senior management roles in start-ups. Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills are essential, combined with independent leadership quality and a highly motivated team player attitude. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English; Danish and Finnish skills are an asset.
