We are seeking a visionary leader as Chief Customer Officer to drive customer-centric growth and enhance market presence.
This pivotal role involves fostering collaboration and agility within the sales organization, reporting directly to the President of Sandvik Mining and Rock Solutions (SMR) and forming an integral part of the management team.
Responsibilities and ExpectationsThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing 14 Sales Areas, the Global Account Management Team, and the Sales Platform Team, driving a streamlined reporting structure that enables swift responses to global market dynamics.
Maintaining and strengthening collaboration between Sales Areas and SMR divisions is crucial, facilitating informed decision-making and adaptability in response to geopolitical developments and market shifts.
Sales Area Vice Presidents, the Global Account Management Team, and the Sales Platform Team will report directly to the CCO.
Qualifications and RequirementsWe seek a seasoned sales leader with a passion for driving customer-focused strategies and achieving business excellence.
The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in sales leadership, a proven track record of managing global accounts, and the ability to navigate complex market dynamics and decentralized organizational structures.
