About the Job

We are looking for a talented Head of Sales to join our team in BYD Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration within assigned regions.

The Key Responsibilities Include:

  1. Developing Sales Strategies: Collaborate with the Country Manager to develop comprehensive sales strategies aimed at driving market share growth and meeting sales targets.
  2. Managing Business Growth: Manage business growth in an Omni-channel perspective with a B2B2C mindset. Responsible for key sales metrics and KPIs of the region, collaborate with dealers to achieve agreed goals.
  3. Building Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, industry partners, and final users. Conduct regular customer visits to understand requirements, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Preparing Sales Forecasts: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports on a regular basis, providing insights into market trends, sales performance, and challenges.
  5. Identifying New Market Segments: Identify and develop new market segments and customer groups within the region, aligned with the company's overall business plan.
  6. Promoting the Brand: Collaborate with the marketing team to organize customer events and promotional activities, increasing brand reputation and influence within industry partners.
  7. Leading the Sales Team: Lead and develop the sales team, setting targets and evaluating performance.
