Account Strategy Director

As an Account Strategy Director at TN Sweden, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth. You will work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop effective solutions to meet client needs.
About the Role
The Account Strategy Director will report directly to the Business Development Director of Nordics and Benelux and have a dual reporting line to the Vice President of Account Management.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth
- Working closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities
- Developing effective solutions to meet client needs
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Providing regular updates to the Business Development Director and Vice President of Account Management
About You
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with:
- Proven experience in account strategy development, preferably in a B2B environment
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Fluency in English, with Swedish as a strong preference
