Account Management Director

We are seeking a highly motivated Account Management Director to lead our customer success initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer success, project management, and technology.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for onboarding customers onto our platform, providing timely support, and ensuring seamless integration with our solutions.
Other key responsibilities include process mapping, knowledge base management, development meetings, and team collaboration. You will also work closely with sales and marketing teams to contribute to additional sales and revenue growth.
Fluency in Swedish and English is required, and proficiency in French, German, or Spanish is a plus. This role offers opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and supportive team environment at our Stockholm Office.
