About the Position

We are looking for an exceptional Executive Advisor to support our Executive Vice President for B2B as a maternity cover until November 2025. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, shape strategic direction, facilitate planning & change, and make a significant impact on our organization.

Your Key Tasks

  1. Collaborate closely with the Executive Vice President, B2B, providing strategic support and facilitating priorities with the B2B Management team across four countries.
  2. Drive projects and processes, ensuring timely execution and successful outcomes.
  3. Conduct research, analyze data, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
  4. Ensure progress and alignment with key stakeholders in other departments.

About Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

  1. 3-5 years' experience with strategy projects, business analysis, or related fields.
  2. Proven experience in a consulting or advisory role, preferably with exposure to senior management.
  3. Effective communication and presentation skills, fluency in a Nordic language and English.
  4. Master's degree in business and/or science or a relevant field for a strategic role within Telco/tech.
