At TN Sweden, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team as Senior Institutional Sales Professional for Nordics.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in institutional sales, with a strong network of key decision makers within relevant institutions in the Nordic region.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain relationships with CIOs and portfolio managers to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  2. Drive cross-selling initiatives to existing client base and initiate brand building and sales activity with investors not currently engaged in discussions with Nuveen.
  3. Work collaboratively with partners within Nuveen to drive new business opportunities and solve complex client issues and challenges.
  4. Mentor junior team members and contribute to the team's overall development.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 10 years' experience in financial services, with asset management industry experience preferred.
  2. Established network of key decision makers within relevant institutions in the Nordic region.
  3. Excellent sales skills with demonstrated ability to close business.
  4. Ability to build strong working partnerships and effectively manage client expectations.
  5. General understanding of financial markets, investment vehicles, and regulatory landscape in Sweden.
