Senior Institutional Sales Professional for Nordics

At TN Sweden, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team as Senior Institutional Sales Professional for Nordics.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in institutional sales, with a strong network of key decision makers within relevant institutions in the Nordic region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with CIOs and portfolio managers to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Drive cross-selling initiatives to existing client base and initiate brand building and sales activity with investors not currently engaged in discussions with Nuveen.
- Work collaboratively with partners within Nuveen to drive new business opportunities and solve complex client issues and challenges.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the team's overall development.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in financial services, with asset management industry experience preferred.
- Established network of key decision makers within relevant institutions in the Nordic region.
- Excellent sales skills with demonstrated ability to close business.
- Ability to build strong working partnerships and effectively manage client expectations.
- General understanding of financial markets, investment vehicles, and regulatory landscape in Sweden.
