Elekta is looking for a seasoned sales professional to lead business growth in the Nordic region.
Job Description:You will play a crucial role in driving sales and after-sales service solutions across our Oncology Portfolio (Software and Hardware).
Sales & Business Development:- Develop and execute commercial action plans to drive sales.
- Identify and qualify customer needs.
- Manage public tenders from initial engagement to contract signing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Conduct regular visits to both our and competitor installed bases.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Represent us at congresses and industry events.
- Provide customer feedback to shape product development and strategy.
- Monitor and analyze competitor strategies in the market.
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels.
