Senior Sales Manager Nordics (Wholesale)

Invesco, a leading global asset management employer, seeks an experienced sales professional to drive growth in the Nordic region. As Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand the wholesale channel across Sweden and other Nordic markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth and meet or exceed regional targets through effective sales execution and strategic planning
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including investment, client service, and marketing to ensure aligned efforts and optimal results
  • Maintain accurate records and report on progress to senior management, providing actionable insights for informed decision-making
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance client relationships and loyalty, fostering long-term partnerships and driving repeat business
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, product developments, and regulatory changes to maintain a competitive edge and adapt to evolving market conditions
Requirements:
  • A proven track record of sales success in the asset management industry, demonstrating expertise and achievements in sales leadership and strategy development
  • Solid knowledge of the Nordic market, including key segments, players, and product interests, enabling informed decision-making and effective sales execution
  • Ability to represent a range of investment products and build strong relationships with clients, leveraging exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in financial markets, strategic developments, and regulations, ensuring a deep understanding of the industry and its complexities
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, facilitating collaboration and driving results across multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency in at least one language spoken across the Nordic region, enhancing ability to connect with diverse client bases and internal teams
  • Degree or equivalent experience in finance, economics, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for success in the asset management industry
