We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our Nordic Sales team, consisting of eight highly educated and well-knowledgeable colleagues.
About Us:Talogy is a talent management expert that crafts solutions to screen, select, develop, and engage talent worldwide. We unite leading psychologists, data scientists, developers, and HR consultants to bring together the power of psychology and technology.
Role Overview:The Sales Director will be responsible for guiding and supporting the sales team to grow and thrive, creating clear targets, and driving client success.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the growth and development of the sales team through recruitment, training, and professional development.
- Create and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
- Act as a mentor and provide guidance and support through one-on-one check-ins and team meetings.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and drive their success by providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Manage key accounts and maintain a strong Salesforce system.
- Proven track record of leadership experience (10+ years preferred).
- Experience in consultative sales or working with enterprise clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Swedish and English (other Nordic languages a plus).
