We seek a seasoned sales leader to drive our Institutional business in the Nordics forward. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing strong client relationships and a deep understanding of the complex needs of asset owners.

Sales Leadership for Nordic Clients

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with key stakeholders. They will also be highly analytical, able to interpret market data and identify areas of opportunity for growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the Nordic region, aligning with our overall business goals.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure success in meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with internal teams, including product specialists and marketing professionals, to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing sales strategies that deliver significant revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients and colleagues alike.
