What We're Looking For:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team in the Nordics region. As a leader, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building high-performing teams, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive global and regional best practices.
  • Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure departmental goals are met.
  • Act as coach, mentor, and inspirator to employees within your region.
  • Keep senior management informed of key issues and changes which may impact expected business results.

Requirements:
  • 15+ years of international field leadership experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including formal presentation skills.
  • Ability to connect the dots between technology and the role technology plays in delivering business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to directly manage employees across multiple countries.
