Director of Sales, Academic and Government Sector

Join our team as a Hybrid Account Director in the Nordics and play a critical role in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction. This role will be based in Stockholm.
As a Hybrid Account Director, you'll be responsible for leveraging your sales expertise to drive growth and success in the Nordics. You'll have proven experience selling complex solutions directly or with partners to Academic and Government Sector in the Nordic Region.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing on a strategic plan for the territory and documenting and distributing competitive information
- Investing in colleagues and providing coaching and advice when needed
- Working to develop and circulate best practices that will be the foundation of this team
Basic Qualifications include 5+ years of applicable closing sales experience and fluency in Swedish and English. Preferred Qualifications include fluency in Finnish, Norwegian, or Danish, knowledge and experience in managing a highly complex sales process, and executive presence and business acumen.
