The primary responsibility of the Cloud Sales Professional is to drive sales growth with existing and new customers in the Nordic region, directly and through partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve associated territory sales quotas for software and services.
  • Develop and lead all sales activities for Calabrio products, additional applications, and renewed maintenance within the existing customer base.
  • Build a strong sales pipeline of well-qualified revenue opportunities.
  • Identify key stakeholders and build strong relationships with them, fostering trust.
  • Effectively manage opportunities through Salesforce.com.
  • Show strategic thinking, initiative, and a high activity level.
Requirements:
  • Experience in B2B cloud-based software sales.
  • Direct sales experience in the WFO/Call Center industry is highly preferred.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English is required.
  • Able to travel primarily in the Nordic countries up to 40%.
