Nordic Sales Team Lead

As a Sales District Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth in the Nordic region. You will lead a sales team based in Sweden and Finland, and be responsible for developing named and territory accounts.
Responsibilities:- Business Development:
- Develop and execute a business development strategy to grow the business in the Nordic region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners in the region.
- Team Management:
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals based in Sweden and Finland.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure the team meets its sales targets.
- Key Qualifications:
- University degree: Bachelor/Master in Business Administration or Electrical Engineering.
- Successful Test & Measurement sales experience in selling to the Nordic market, including selling to major accounts.
- Valid European driver's license.
- Professional English level is required, as well as either Swedish or Finnish.
- Deliver on plan (Quota Achievement).
- Excellent understanding of the electronic T&M design and test market.
- Skills:
- Passion for change management to adapt to business conditions.
- Strong communication skills for both external & internal interactions.
- This position requires extensive travel within the Nordics, with at least 50% of travel every working week.
