We're looking for a Regional Sales Manager in the Nordics to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience selling enterprise data or security products and be able to communicate complex technical information to audiences.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive account strategy to close new business and drive expansion growth with customers across a defined territory.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts for your territory.
- Nurture relationships with customers and related organizations.
- Establish connections with key executives and senior-level decision-makers.
- Ensure up-to-date account intelligence in Salesforce, including regular forecasting of business opportunities to sales and executive leadership.
- Report on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management.
- Meet territory quota and manage named accounts in a defined territory.
- Lead an inside sales team and marketing efforts to uncover opportunities in territory.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present well in front of technical and executive-level stakeholders.
- A proven track record of successfully closing six and seven-figure software licensing deals with prospects and customers in the defined territory of Nordics.
- You will have a measurable track record in new business development and overachieving sales targets.
- Prior experience selling data security is essential.
- Experience in selling complex enterprise software solutions and adaptability in fast-growing environments.
