Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Territory Manager to join our team at TN Sweden.

About the Role:
  • Sell and promote our diabetes product and service portfolio in line with the Swedish sales and marketing strategy.
  • Develop strategic plans, fiscal year objectives, quarterly action plans, and sales call logs for all accounts in Salesforce on a daily basis.
  • Analyze territory/account performance using key reports/data to maximize business growth.
  • Become knowledgeable about health-economics, reimbursement, and tender processes to influence tender outcomes.
  • Build strong business relationships with key opinion leaders and decision-makers influential in purchasing decisions.
  • Train and educate relevant hospital staff on Medtronic's product portfolio.
About You:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Life-science, Marketing, or another relevant degree
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience (medical device/pharmaceutical/healthcare sales experience)
  • Strong business acumen, commercial awareness, excellent planning, and organizational skills
  • Proven track record of building a robust stakeholder network and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Strong clinical and competitive capabilities and selling skills
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written in Swedish and English
  • Driving license
