Job Description

The role of Senior Account Executive in TN Sweden involves driving strategy through organization by developing relationships with new and existing customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing new business to named key customers in Sweden.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Customer Management: Foster strong relationships with customers to drive growth and deliver strategic outcomes.
  2. Sales Strategies: Develop targeted account plans to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth.
  3. Pipeline Optimization: Maintain a rolling pipeline and leverage support organizations to funnel pipeline into the assigned territory.
  4. Territory Leadership: Lead designated territory, including accounts and sales cycles.
Key Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in selling complex business software / IT solutions.
  • C-level Conversations: Strong experience in C-level conversations and negotiations.
  • Cloud/SaaS Solutions: Proven track record in business application software sales for Cloud/SaaS solutions.
  • Languages: Outstanding communication and presentation skills in Swedish and English.
Educational Background
  • Degree: Master's degree or equivalent in a suitable field.
