Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of the Support Revolution team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase revenue and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects to drive sales growth
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Research and understand client industry trends and challenges to provide tailored solutions
  • Represent Supermicro's entire portfolio of products and services to large enterprise customers
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in the high-tech industry
  • Minimum 3-7 years of direct sales experience selling server and storage solutions to enterprise and Fortune 1000 companies
  • Strong communication skills across multiple disciplines, cultures, and geographies
  • Ability to build relationships with senior executives and decision-makers
