Job Description

A New Business Account Manager opportunity has arisen within Unit4's successful sales team. This senior role involves selling Unit4's ERP financial and human capital management (HCM) solutions as part of a digital transformation strategy into new logo prospects in the medium enterprise market.

The focus will be on our Professional Services Organizations vertical.

This remote position requires candidates residing in the Stockholm region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive new business sales plan and strategy to win new logo license sales revenue in line with specific targets, taking ownership of a specific vertical.
  • Qualify leads, identify prospect needs, and engage technical resources as necessary.
  • Drive complex sales cycles, orchestrating internal teams including pre-sales, value engineering, professional services, inside sales, marketing, and sales support.
  • Utilize consultative selling skills to build relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors.
  • Present to C-level executives and key decision-makers, focusing on the Office of the CFO.
  • Work with customers to determine and highlight business benefits achieved through investment in our solutions.
  • Track and update sales activity using MS Dynamics.
  • Stay updated on relevant technologies used by Unit4 and sector changes, including an understanding of the solutions provided.
Requirements
  • Background in selling complex SaaS solutions.
  • At least 8-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Mandatory experience selling ERP or other financial SaaS solutions.
  • Knowledge of the Professional Service Organizations sector is advantageous.
  • Excellent understanding of business processes.
  • Lively and enthusiastic personality, transferred onto colleagues.
  • True negotiator, balancing client and personal needs.
  • Individual contributor with leadership qualities, yet a team player with a solution sales mindset.
  • Mentor and guide sales teams as subject matter expert.
  • Represent Unit4 at analyst events, trade shows, and executive forums.
  • Experience selling to CxO suite.
