We are seeking an experienced Medical Sales Executive to join our team and drive sales growth in the vascular access market. As a key member of our sales team, you will develop and implement strategic account plans to drive long-term business growth and establish strong relationships with senior decision-makers across hospitals and healthcare providers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through proactive customer engagement and field-based sales efforts.
  • Develop and maintain accurate reporting through systems and share market insights with the sales and marketing team.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts within assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs through tailored solutions.
  • Identify new customer segments and business opportunities to support commercial growth.

About You:

  • Proven sales experience within the healthcare industry or clinical expertise relevant to vascular access products is preferred.
  • Skilled in building trusted relationships and communicating at all levels.
  • Focused on achieving objectives, with the ability to develop and implement business plans.
  • Willing to adapt and learn new approaches, with a proactive mentality.
