Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Solution Sales Executive to drive market success for our CRM Workflows product suite, built on the Now platform. This individual will be responsible for driving sales revenue within existing accounts and with new logos by working closely with the ServiceNow sales ecosystem and dedicated Solution Consultant.

The role involves:

  • Driving end-to-end sales initiatives focused on specific use cases in customer service business process solutions.
  • Working closely with sales teams to accelerate opportunities, providing comprehensive product and industry insight to customers.
  • Coaching & enabling account teams with specialty solution area knowledge to identify solution opportunities and manage the sales cycle.
  • Articulating customer success strategies to streamline and standardize CRM solution presentations and value proposition.

Key responsibilities include becoming a trusted advisor to our community of customers, communicating competitive intelligence to manager and business unit, and developing key sales and go-to-market strategies to establish ServiceNow as a leader in CRM.
