We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to drive the success of our CRM Workflows product suite in the Stockholm region. Our CRM Solution applies service management and CRM disciplines to enhance customer relationships.

In this role, you will work closely with our sales ecosystem to drive sales revenue within existing accounts and acquire new logos. You will also develop key sales strategies to establish us as a leader in CRM.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing end-to-end sales initiatives focused on specific use cases in customer service business process solutions.
  • Collaborating with sales teams to accelerate opportunities and provide comprehensive product and industry insight to customers.
  • Couching and enabling account teams with specialty solution area knowledge to effectively identify solution opportunities and manage the sales cycle.
  • Communicating customer success strategies to streamline and standardize CRM solution presentations and value proposition.
  • Supporting regional partner channels to scale pipeline generation and drive sales motions.

To succeed, you need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in solution and service-based sales within a CRM or related high technology business environment.
  • A deep understanding of Customer Service Management related business processes.
  • The ability to communicate complex issues in simple terms via written and oral media.
  • The ability to build strong business relationships and connect with C-level execs at customers and individuals in our internal and external ecosystems.
  • Pitch-perfect communication and presenting skills, with fluency in English and Swedish being essential.
