About the Role:
">This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a ServiceNow Solutions Developer and contribute to the success of our clients. As a key member of our delivery team, you will work closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to design and implement innovative solutions that meet their unique needs.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Design and deliver consulting and technical methodologies around the ServiceNow platform, working closely with the development team.
- Develop custom ServiceNow applications using modern web technologies.
- Configure out-of-the-box workflows and create/maintain custom workflows.
- Configure application-related fields, forms, views, email notifications, acceptance roles, and access controls.
- Integrate ServiceNow applications with third-party systems/applications via APIs.
- Rapidly prototype new solutions to demonstrate ServiceNow capabilities to stakeholders.
- Design, configure, develop, and test on the ServiceNow platform, including but not limited to the CSM, Service Request (creating catalog items and workflow), Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management.
- Design, configure, develop, and test custom ServiceNow forms, tables, and workflows based on business requirements.
- Support the team responsible for the implementation and administration of the ServiceNow installation, including managing system configurations, gathering, and documenting user and process requirements, developing workflow customizations, and performing quality assurance testing and user acceptance testing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10 Years Software Development experience
- 4 Years experience with HTML5, JAVA, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, Angular.js
- Ability to build Reports, dashboards, and homepages with ServiceNow or similar technologies.
- Administration of a ServiceNow instance including delegation of groups, modification of CMS, workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionary, catalog items, and updates of all other existing solutions requiring revisions.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems through REST APIs.
- Experience with the ServiceNow Studio IDE.
- Experience using the Workflow Editor to configure workflows.
- ITIL Foundations certification is preferable.
