Sales Solution Executive Customer Experience

As a Senior Solution Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue within existing accounts and with new logos by working closely with the ServiceNow sales ecosystem and dedicated Solution Consultant.
ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities include:
- Driving end-to-end sales initiatives focused on specific use cases in customer service business process solutions.
- Working closely with sales teams to accelerate opportunities, providing comprehensive product and industry insight to customers.
- Coaching & enabling account teams with specialty solution area knowledge to identify solution opportunities and manage the sales cycle.
Additionally, you will become a trusted advisor to our community of customers, communicate competitive intelligence to manager and business unit, and develop key sales and go-to-market strategies to establish ServiceNow as a leader in CRM.
