Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Director to join our team at Hale. As a member of our executive team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our international presence. Key Challenges
• Building a high-performing sales team from the ground up.
• Developing a scalable sales strategy that drives growth in app subscriptions, studio licensing, and breath guide training sales.
• Identifying and developing new revenue opportunities in corporate sales and new business verticals.
• Optimizing customer acquisition and conversion strategies for app subscriptions.

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a scalable sales strategy that drives growth in app subscriptions, studio licensing, and breath guide training.
• Build relationships with premium wellness studios, positioning Hale as the go-to breathwork licensing solution.
• Work closely with marketing to optimize customer acquisition and conversion strategies for app subscriptions.
• Identify and develop new revenue opportunities in corporate sales and new business verticals.
• Lead and scale a high-performing sales team to execute the go-to-market strategy effectively.
• Track key sales metrics, optimize conversion rates, and ensure sustainable revenue growth.

Requirements
- Proven sales leadership experience in a high-growth startup or wellness/technology company.
- Strong track record in B2B sales, ideally in licensing, SaaS, digital wellness, or subscription-based businesses.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to execute and scale sales operations from the ground up.
- Data-driven approach—understanding of key metrics such as CAC, LTV, and retention, with the ability to optimize for sustainable growth.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to challenges and opportunities.
- Passion for good products, and creating transformative user experiences.
