Virtual Account Executive Position at Extreme Networks

We are a global leader in cloud-driven networking solutions, with over 50,000 customers worldwide.

This role requires acquiring and developing business within assigned territories and verticals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve new logo business and build a strong pipeline of potential clients.
  • Actively seek out and develop new customers and opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Proactively contact existing clients to maximize business potential through active upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Engage with new leads provided by the Operations Team to convert them into real sales opportunities.
  • Generate new sales leads and opportunities for expansion.
  • Acquire and develop own customer portfolio by establishing direct relationships with end-users.
  • Provide consistent interaction with existing customers through targeted upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Ensure timely communication of information about new products, services, and operational changes to customers.
  • Maintain and build account relationships through regular engagement and communication.
  • Represent the Company at industry trade shows and conferences, requiring travel to various locations.
Additional Tasks:
  • Manage day-to-day client meetings to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information about customers in CRM (Salesforce), including contact details and call reports.
  • Coordinate jobs from quotation stage to booking, meeting client expectations and communicating service issues effectively.
  • Manage and follow up on quotes to ensure timely closure.
  • Act as an internal liaison between operations and sales teams to assist with quotations and service information.
  • Report activities to the country manager to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Foster strong Swedish language skills to effectively communicate with local clients.
