MedTech Territory Manager

TN Sweden is a leading medical technology company seeking a skilled Territory Manager to join our team.
About the Job:- Promote and sell our diabetes product and service portfolio in line with the Swedish sales and marketing strategy.
- Work closely with external stakeholders and business partners to overcome capacity barriers and ensure excellent execution to grow business in the defined territory.
- Develop and maintain strategic plans, fiscal year objectives, quarterly action plans, and sales call logs for all accounts in Salesforce on a daily basis.
- Analyze territory/account performance using key reports/data to maximize business growth.
- Stay up-to-date with health-economics, reimbursement, and tender processes to influence tender outcomes.
- Establish strong relationships with key opinion leaders and decision-makers influential in purchasing decisions.
- Provide training and education to relevant hospital staff on Medtronic's product portfolio.
- Bachelor's Degree in Life-science, Marketing, or another relevant degree
- Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience (medical device/pharmaceutical/healthcare sales experience)
- Strong business acumen, commercial awareness, excellent planning, and organizational skills
- Proven track record of building a robust stakeholder network and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Strong clinical and competitive capabilities and selling skills
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written in Swedish and English
- Driving license
